Maybe the wrong place to post but since this is a very location specific question decided to ask here.

Before my 8 I had an 01 Jetta 1.8T that I bought from Gunther. The service there was great for my vw.

My question is, how is the Mazda Service Department and are there any other dealers in the sofl area worth taking to for service? I live closer to broward than south dade.

 

LOL I saw Gunther and thought about Gunther and the sunshine girls... LOL anybody ever seen the Gunther video's.. the guy with the mullet and the scantly clad women.... LOL sorry to jack your post......

 

vOc, i bought my car from jupiter bcuz it was cheaper but the service at gunther it sucks BIGGG time IMPO, i had a VW jetta too and the service was AAA but for some reason the guys at mazda suck well at least the one who took care of me, im planning on going to the mazda dealer down in north miami its close too

 

Thanks a million for the input, are you refering to Lehman Mazda? They're closer to me too, but they were also more expensive when I asked them what they charged for the 30k maint.

What was it about the Gunther Mazda that sucked? Do you remember the name of the guy you were going to?

 

im not sure what was his name but he was kinda fat short guy with bear with his hair all messed up...
this is what happened so i lost my wheels key lock and i needed to change my back tires so i went up there and spoked to this guy and explained my situation and i told him if that would cost me anything just to take them off? bcuz i 4 lug nuts that i could just put them on and thats it no biggie, so this guy told me yeah just bring the car and i'll have it done for you so made the appoitment and went there the very next day, so he remembered me and whatever took the car they freaking took 2:30 hours just to take them off and they put a brand new set of locks which i never requested so this guy was charging me for the labor plus the lock set, so i was like WTF i asked you to remove them only and he was like dude you have to speak clear to me cuz im busy and i cant figure it out what is exactly that you want so i got pissed off and told him to just take them off and leave it how it was so the guy got frustrated and told me ok fine but i have to charge you $95.00 for the labor, then we got into an argument and he left with the car keys so i went back to the waiting room and after 20 minutes the car was still sitting outside with the locks and everything so i walked into the manager's office and complaint about the terrible service and when the manager clld the guy then he send somebody to take the car back there so they took them off didn charge me anything and they did it in like 10 minutes and they left the car how i wanted since the beginning.....so there is my history with gunther mazda.......i'll die before i go back ...not i bought some 275 tires for my stock rims, that **** looks sick jeje
