Got the mock up done for the coils made some wires might be to short so im going to make longer ones before i do the swap where are you in new port richey and what color is your car?

So the coils are in and cars running had to work today (happy veterans day to all) i get off wensday and will be heading home and testing tjem on the road so far the car sounds louder and runs better jus. Gotta test it out the diy ls2 coils were easier than i thought and only paid $100 to finish the project wires and all

Hey guys I'm looking to buy an rx8 and I have been told that it's best to get a compression test done on the engine before buying one and wanted to know where is the best place to go for this for the best price as well.

 

I don't about price but I would say to take it to the Mazda dealer they are the only ones that deals with rotary engines or a a shop who works on them. There's only two that I know in Tampa. Any meets this week? Just brought my 8 here And am ready to check some out

 

From my understanding Mazda car events and groups in the Tampa area are mostly Speed3 based.

 

There are far more speeds at the local meeting than 8's. But I belong to the TBMC on Facebook and the crew there is really cool. Sometimes we bring my 8, other times we bring the c5.
They are a group who can appreciate cars in general and welcome anyone with any Mazda.
