Now her plate can read RXGATOR to match yours!
Are you buying preowned 300 or a new 330? I was looking at those for my wife also.

Still alive and kickin'! We bought a brand new white RX330 yesterday from JM. I thought of the plate idea, too, but she already has a UF plate. She wants to keep it.

Its done boys and girls, my baby was returned to City Place Mazda on Sunday on trade for a new 6. Its a nice car for the wife. She got the luxury package and I got the sports package so I can still feel a bit sporty. Hey, it does have more HP and an extra gear than my AT RX8! Anyways, its been fun chatting and Id still like to meet up with you guys for some beers soon.

TRAITOR!!!!! HERETIC!!!!!!

I thought I knew you. I trusted you, and then you went and did something crazy like trade in your 8. You're a very bad person.

:p

Good luck with the new 6. :D

One day...I figure in a few years Ill be ready to get another sports car. RX or Stang? They are both in my blood. The best thing about my whole saga is that I get a reason to get to finally restore my 68. Its been long overdue (12 years to be exact!)

Japtrix is probably closest to you. The're off charlotte st., kind of behind the albertsons on lake worth & military. Their phone number is 561-963-8700. Ask to speak to either of the rogers (there's 2 there). Tell them Jon sent you. I'm there practically once a week :D. The're very knowledgeable about rotaries in general. Pretty decient prices for parts too.

Or if you have a decient floor jack (I can bring jackstands if necessary) I could do it for ya. It's a pretty easy install, really.

Thanks, I'll let you know when I get it. I figured it would be easy if you could actually get under the car!

jack and jack stands

I'm planning to buy a floor jack and jack stands...was thinking about them from harbor frieght in Lake Worth...anyone get them from Sears? Thoughts about the difference ? Also...is there a local place (near Boynton) to get a slotted steel piece to go onto the jack and or jack stands or will a slotted 2x4 do just as well? Thanks, Craig

I took care of my apt in Miami as best I could, and my rommate is gonna weather it out there with his family (live in a trailer down in homestead). I'm heading to my fiance's in Broward now to put up shutters. What sucks is her house is 1 block east of US1, so we most likely will have to evacuate it.

What a pain in the ***. Be safe ya'll.

How is everyone making out? I just got back from Wisconsin and my house is in good shape. A few trees down but pretty good otherwise. Hope everyone else is in good shape and getting their power back soon if not all ready.

Thumbs down Ivan now?

Lots of trees down, and a huge mess in my neighborhood, and now another one on the way? This really sucks. I wanna install my new exhaust!

Yup....I guess Ivan is gonna fall out of our area, so I'll stick around town this week and clean up.....At least until New Orleans has it's first Cholera outbreak, then I'll go take some pictures (ughh!). It seems pretty early in the season to be on the letter J for storms. SEPT, OCT, NOV left to go....I think Pico is yet to come!!
