So how are the 8's in the West Palm Beach area doing? I see more and more around, but less and less discussion here on the forum....Odd. I'm doing well, love the black 8 (even in the summer heat) and try to dodge the scattered showers as they are determined to get my car dirty even though I wash it a couple of times a week anyway.....anyone have any good local stories?

 

My car may become a test mule for a local rotary shop called japtrix. Those of you at the Ale house meet saw one of the guys from the shop, Roger. We're working on some pretty cool stuff, along some with some really simple (CHEAP) mods that make quite an impact in performance.


I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY SUSPENSION!!!!

I have the racing beat sway bars installed, along with the front and rear mazdaspeed strut tower braces. The spring and the rear struts are at japtrix, and we're still waiting on the front struts.


And we need to set up a meeting soon. I haven't seen any of you in a while, and we need to help pico through his trial of faith with his car!!

Hey, I am still around and would love to get a beer with the WPB group. No issues with the car here, 6 months and 8K miles - no issues. Just the quest to keep the wheels clean weekly which is a labor of love. Anybody seen Deb?

 

Nobody's actually "seen" deb, but she still pops up on here occasionally. The way she keeps avoiding the meets, you'd think she doesn't like us.

 

Yeah...we should set a date to get together early....so she can make plans to be somewhere else. HAHA!

And it's 5 minutes, pico. Not 10. It was wet out last saturday, so that's why I was driving so "slow". :D I would've MURDERED that on-ramp had it been dry with no traffic.
