Will be moving to the Greenville-Spartanville area in mid-august to attend school at Clemson CU-ICAR. Looking forward to meeting some rotorheads in the area.

Ima be driving up to SC and ill be there first and second week of August... anything interesting going on or any meets in the Charleston area? I'd be cool to meet up with members up there so far from home!

 

Im new to the Charleston area too. I don't know of any meet ups but... we could always be the first two!

 

Im going to visit a friend, figured i could take her to a meet one night for a bit cause she wants to while im up there. Never been to SC before so im looking for fun stuff to do

 

On a side note, I have a set of stock RX8 wheels with tires/lugs/TPMS for sale.

I recently started a RX club group on FB. Its hard to get people from this site, anyway its called South Carolina Rx-8 & Rx-7. Hope to see you there.

 

I Work on the air station in beaufort. Been here for almost 5 years now. Starting to see more 8s recently. I get told a lot look like mine now. Mine is titanium Grey with dark tint clear corners and flat black wide wheels. If you guys ever see me around don't be afraid to say hi.

In SC, Beaufort is pronounced, "B.you-fort"
In NC, Beaufort is pronounced, "Bow-fort"

Why?...

 

To be honest I have now clue. I'm just from New Mexico bro. South Carolina living

 

Oh, ok... well, actually, I knew the answer, thought you might know it too...

The answer is quite simple actually... in North Carolina, they don't know how to pronounce it!
