If you want to autocross, this is a good venue to come to for your first one. They mark the course with a white outline, something that is not done at Turner. It certainly helps first timers stay on course, but they are not allowed to do this at Turner Field.

 

Well, I was the only RX8 out this time and ran a pretty good time. The car felt amazingly smooth and I attribute that to my seat time at Road Atlanta. I also had my Corvette out on the same course and it was only a second faster.

If you have never been to one of these, you will definitely have fun. It is a different animal than a road course, but still just as much fun.

Next one is at Turner Field parking lot. NO COST TO SHOW UP AND WATCH. ONLY $25 to $35 to race !!!!!!!!!
