haha, yes, one short clip will show what happens when the rules of phsyics are not paid the proper respect they deserve. the other is what happens when the basic rules set out by NASA are not followed, and how close it came to causing an incident on track.

I finally am getting around to capturing some of my video. This was just a little of the excitement from that weekend, almost a month ago. Enjoy.

I hope to get a full session or the better part of it done later. Probably not tonight, but maybe tomorrow.

I am a big dumbass, and taped over some of my footage, by grabbing the wrong tapes. Phlash, you will be glad to know, that while I did not tape over your spin between turn 1 and 2, the footage is not that good at full size, and the only way to tell it was you, was to listen to me paying more attention to you in the grass than driving.

One of the Z club guys put the camera on my car and has the video. He has all 25 minutes and just picked two laps that didn't have anyone in it. During that session - he did noticed that I passed about 50% of the people twice. He is sending me the whole video - so if you want to see it Levent - just let me know. Only one person passed me once the whole weekend, since my tires started building to much pressure. The next session I ran a lower pressure and passed him over and over. The only person I didn't pass the entire weekend was a STI that was an advanced student, but since they didn't have any room for him there, they made him drive with the lower students.
I bought the mount he used since it was so cool (only $40) and I already have the camera to mount on it.

 

Them's some fast looking laps. Can't wait to do Roebling again in late Sept on the new surface.

 

It is just a sticky pod type mount?

 

It was a chase cam, go on there web site, it was the three suction cup type with a full articulating head. You can see it mounted on the front of my car with all that blue tape in this picture:

 

I finally managed to get some pictures loaded up from Roebling. Unfortuantely, most of us were in the same run groups, and DE 1 was always on track when we were in class, or we were getting ready to get out on track. So, I am sorry that I did not get pictures of everyone.
