good question! I've only seen a few around town as well. I'm in Memphis but you'll only see me zooming around in my Miata...I'm looking to buy an 8 in the near future.

My friends owns the Mazda dealership on Highway 45 in Jackson, TN. Plus I get the "plan" due to my father being retired from Ford Aerospace. When you are ready, let me know and I can talk to him if you would like.
I definitely suggest getting an 8. I might keep the Miata just because - if I could afford 2 cars.
