Anybody in the Fort Lauderdale area want to let the RX-8 Forum owner crash for a night :D

I'm flying down tomorrow night, arrive at 5:16pm. Just staying for one night, and leaving Tues morning around noon. Reason being I'm meeting the guys at SpeedSource Tuesday morning to do a tour of the shop, and write-up of their RX-8's they're racing in Grand-Am. I'm doing this for the next issue of RX Tuner magazine. If you want, you could go with me to their shop ... I'm getting there at 8am Tues though.

Are there no motels or hotels in Ft. Lauderdale?

 

Sure there are ... but I'm broke.

 

I'm in Miami but you can stay at my place. I'm very close to the Turnpike so going to FT. Lauderdale is easy. Let me know.

 

Speed Source is off of Sawgrass Exwy and Commercial. Alot of driving from Miami on the turnpike. You can probably go on hotels.com and find something for $40. You'll need to find a hotel in sunrise/plantation by the sawgrass mall probably.
