I have an 04 GT that is low on power, rough idle, etc. and I need to take it in to get checked out(and probably have a compression test done) before the warranty is out. I've heard awful things about Southern States service, so I'm steering clear(unless several people advise otherwise)-- has anyone had any experience with Capital of Cary? Any other dealers nearby that are decent?

 

We have our meets at Southern States and the sales guys are great but honestly Capital's service is the best in the area. At least, thats my opinion .

 

Took it to Capital yesterday, and got it back last night. They performed the MSP16 flash, and the 4206F recall. 2 of the sparkplugs were replaced under warranty, and I paid for the other two. They said they couldn't reproduce the issues I was experiencing(wasn't hot enough outside so no surprise), but they did the work anyway.

After driving it this morning, it seems to be running a tad better. Power in low-mid RPM seems like it has improved.

Overall, a trouble-free experience. Thanks for the recommendation
