Selling my RX8 due to relocating to New York, where driving is no longer a plesant thing to do and parking is ridiculously expensive.
I have been owning this car since 2018, never had any engine problem.

Bridgestone Blizzark snow tires + rims, has very decent tread, I bought from one owner here.
I also have a bunch of tools , electronic jack etc, all included.
The radiator and undertray looks funny due to the foam I chose to duct my radiator.
The Bad things
Engine mount might be broken.
Front alignment bolt seized but I do have part in my garage.
Have a little rust around the "wheel circle" ( Sorry IDK what's the official name for that)
Might (or not) need new clutch master and slave cylinder, I have parts in my garage + SS clutch line.
CEL is on due to air pump delete, rear O2 delete and cat delete
Car runs relatively hot during summer when AMB temp is hotter than 92F, the car is unable to maintain fan activation temperature, which is 199.4 F, however, cars has never exceeded or reached 220F, the hottest it has reached is 215.6f, which is 102 C.

Do you still have the stock hood? i would try to sell that CF hood. I live in NY by the way i might be interested but the rust.

That’s up to the buyer I think, if they want it, it’s theirs, but if they don’t , I already have a reservation on the hood from a forum member.
