2013 CX-5 for RX-8 R3

Year: 2013
Make: Mazda
Model: CX-5
Price: $10000
Mileage: 100000
Color: Blue
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (US State/Canada/Int): NJ

Many years ago I sold my WB 2005 RX-8 before going on deployment. Since then I've moved many places and have been through a lot, but the thrill of the rotary has never left my heart. I ended up with this 2013 CX-5 after moving up to the tristate area. The CX5 runs perfectly, non-smoker, below 100k, just replaced brake rotors and pads, all dealer maintenance records, but has some body damage from living in the big city. Touring package, bose audio, navigation, moon roof.

I'm looking for a RX8 R3 in good condition, w/o CEL and good comp test to trade for my CX-5. (If there's imbalance in the trade I can add some cash). Will travel!

If you're looking to swap your RX-8 for something more family friendly maybe we can make a deal!

Ah yes, the stealership. If you're getting into an 8, especially a series 1, learn to do those things at home. Will save you lots of money. The 8 requires more than average wrenching. For instance coils plugs and wires every 30k miles or so which requires a lot more hands on than a simple rotor and pad change. Doing that yourself saves you a lot of money.

The real savings would be on self-replacing an out of warranty low compression engine.

Hi there, I have a very clean S2 RX-8 I just put up for sale in this forum. I know it's not an R3 (has R3 wheels though), and I'm not exactly looking for a CX-5, but just fyi in case you might be interested. It's in excellent condition
