2004 Mazda RX8 Grand Touring (Manual Transmission) 104,000 miles

Bought the car in 2006 (2nd owner) and have all repairs and maintenance done at Kearny Pearson Ford and Holmberg Automotive. I have the title and the car is smog certified and registered. Recently completed the 100k maintenance and was informed that one of the rotor housing in the engine needs to be replaced. The car at the moment is non-operable, does not start, and is safely parked at my house until the right buyer is found. I have owned the car for 8 years and would like to purchase another car so now I am selling it as is for only $5,000 cash OBO.
