What product to use to lube locks & hinges

It looks like the mazda dealership not lubing the locks and hinges. So I'd like to lube them up myself.

Question is, what lube should I use.
I been recommended Fluid Film for long lasting protection.

Any other suggestions?

Flourine powder, dry lubricant doesn't attract dust and low friction.
