I have already applied 2coats of meguiars gold on my blue 8,Iwould like to apply NXT this weekend do i have to strip off the gold or can nxt go over that

 

If I were you I would stip off the old. Sicne you already know what the gold looks like, take it off completely using some sort of soft soap like Dawn. Then when you apply the NXT you can see how that looks in comparison to the gold. Also I'm not a wax expert so i'm not quite sure about the formulas and if the gold would affect the NXT if you were to apply it over the gold. Hope this helps.
