FYI: i remember reading somewhere that two layers of wax won't make much of a difference since the nature of NTX. It sorta strips the first one correct me if im wrong.
But i did NTX my car like 3 months ago. It is so awesome. Great results and so easy to use. My Gold class is going in the closet. Going to rewax when it gets a little warmer in chicago.

which claybar did you use?
How about using Zaino Claybar with Z-6 as lubricant and then doing NXT?. I already have the Z claybar and dont want to get another one.
Thanks.

When I claybar (I'm a Zaino user) I make a mixture of Zaino Car wash and a little water in a spray bottle ( an empty Z6 detail spay bottle) and spray it on. It's a great lubricant and much less expensive than using detail spray.

dude, did the spray wax yesterday after a good wash (lots of rain and dust) and it really does look better than the original application. have to be careful around the windows, plastics, etc, but its worth it. its not quite as quick as they lead you to believe, but at least you can spray it on instead of using the applicator!

Ok question for NXT experts in this thread:
I have multiple layers of Zaino right now and want to try NXT. Do I have to claybar or is it okay to use NXT on my previous Zaino layers???
Can you use NXT and Zaino alternately without using claybar every time? I believe claybar is good but its excessive use is bad.

i waxed my 8 with NXT this weekend, it looks great.... i will post some pics, but my camera is a cheap and the pics aren't great.... anyways, NXT was easy to use and the shine is showroom.... i'm interested in seeing how long it last before i give it a full endorsement.... i bought the NXT detailer too and will use that between waxings.....

Re: Meguirs NXT wax
Here it is, after 1 month, with sporadic spray in between, washed Thursday, it's Saturday now. Still looks like it's holding up well.
