you can only get zaino online, but I think its over rated. NXT will give you the same results but much much cheaper and much much easier to apply.

Blue flash, look at the pictures on the first page of this thread. He used NXT and it looks great. Haven't heard of a polish or wax that would hide metal flakes.

I don't know if you can see them clearly in the pictures but I can still visibly see the metal flakes in the paint of my car (winning blue).

My local Wal-Mart currently only has the NXT Wash in stock so they *may* get the wax in the soon future. However I purchased mine from my local Discount Auto Parts (Advance Auto Parts). You may want to check Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, etc. in your area and they may have it... those places just don't have it around me. Hope this helps.

I got mine at Advanced Auto Parts. Not sure if there is any place else, just went shopping and reading and looking and settled on that one along with another Mcguirs tech wax with carnuba.

Here is a pic I took tonight after work.

So far there is only one coat of wax on the hood. I did put a base coat of Mcguirs tech wax that contains canubra on the roof, spoiler and trunk lid. The pic you see is only one coat of the NXT wax. It goes on fast and needs to cure for about 15 minutes before you rub off. Very easy, very clean. About the same as most other waxes in that it hazes over and offers just a bit of resistance when wiping down.

Okay. I applied another coat of NXT after I washed the car. It was beading very well from previous coat. I then applied S100 to ONE side of the car and didn't notice any difference. This morning I drove it to work to look for any differences and didn't see any in color, depth or static repellent. The famous L.A. dust settled all over the car evenly. I'll wait a few more days to see wether one half is better than the other.

I have a feeling applying a carnuba over the NXT is a waste of time, but we'll see.

I noticed a difference in my paint... although I have a Winning Blue 8, I don't know if the color matters. How many coats of NXT did you have under the S100? If you had some previous coats on before, it might have been best to remove those first. If you don't notice any difference... try 1 coat of NXT with 1 or 2 coats of S100 over it... see if that works.

I'll do a further report tomorrow. See whether more dust collected on one side more than the other or not. I guess you'll probably see a difference in metalic cars. So far the only coats I have on my NSX are:

3 coats of Z6 (don't know whether they count or not since its only a spray)

2 coats of Black Turtle Wax Color Cure polish (which by far has been the greatest improvement in paint....the black really hid the swirl marks and really deepened the black) But since it was just a polish and didn't really provide anyform of protection, I'm not sure it counts.

2 coats of NXT

1 coat of s100.

I can't be any happier with the results. I might skip the s100 next time....although I loved the way the s100 just glided over the NXT. It went on smoother than the NXT did, so it didn't feel like I was scratching the surface with the foam or anything.

Ok...drove to work. Results, still the same. I couldn't tell the difference between NXT and S100.

I saw a difference in mine... then again I used a 3M polish as well as 2 coats of NXT wax and spray wax. It also could be the metallic... not sure. Sorry

Try qd'ing the whole car rigt after buffing out the tech wax. It'll give your paint a smoother looking finish and will help remove (if there re any) residue, haze or streaks left from the nxt.

For the record, if you can't find Meguiar's locally (or are tired of looking for it like me) you can order directly from their website. http://www.meguiars.com

I been using the detail spray and it works great too both products ntx and the spray complements each other well.

Btw I washed and ntx my car three days ago.
