So what do you do when this happens, have uber eats deliver them a knuckle sandwich? This seems like something they should get kicked out for in my opinion, I would not want to be on the same track with this turd

the same could be said about people who start the wrong topic in the wrong forum area …

you aren’t going to punch anyone out with a knuckle sandwich either, so can that crap down the crapper where it belongs too.

If its during a race the stewards would deal with it..

On a track day... personally I'd rather have him out of the way where you can see him.

it seemed more like bellyaching over some track noob based on the presentation, but then there’s a thread in S1 Aftermarket Mods about swapping an RX8 drivetrain in a Miata that was reported multiple times that nobody will move. Maybe reasonable people can agree to disagree on this one then, but that’s not always true.

He wouldn't be allowed back at the places we run.... leaving the track to pass is a big no go

He was being held up looking at the lead he maintained after. Better than attempting the pass assuming non sanctioned competition since it appears power was near equal and the shortcutting driver was of a slightly better skill level.

You sure? Your pace doesn’t appear to have been there to pull him back down, so it does look like you held him up. It’s ok to admit you were bested that round. We’ve all been there.

So what will u do , try to caught him up
And pull him a side? Try to teach him a lesson?

My best lap in this track is 2:01 , at winter
I am just cruising around that day with beat up tire so lap time 2:05 ( no point to use fresh tire at mid summer time)
Civic even with cheating short cut best lap is 2:03
That's why I said only way he can caught up is by that reckless move plus I am slow down to pass traffic

My point is is that you were clearly slower, so quit your whining. The straightlining the turn was appropriate since you weren’t being the better man and letting him by. This is on you.

I get it, your pride was hurt. I bet you’re a left/fast lane hog regardless of other drivers pace daily too aren’t you?

Nothing wrong with letting him by when you are running slower.

You would get blue flagged in a race and have to let him by anyway.

If you aren't pushing to max why wouldn't you let him by

Well if u watch my other video
U can see the only way he ti catch me up
Is , I back off a lot at T2 to pass slower car
Sec this event is not grid by skill level
So is mix with novice to more expience
Let's why I always take extra caution to pass some one

Third , this civic pass me at lap 4 or so
Since this is Time trial event , u should already get best lap already, I already get best lap
Experience driver should get best lap with in 1-2lap
I am taking it easy just to film other ,

Around here, that's a black flag and a "see you next year, maybe". I once pulled something similar and had a lot of explaining to do. In my case it was heat exhaustion, it was time to stop for the day. His seems deliberate.

Called it. Maybe leave the serious motorsport to those more mature before something worse happens that your emotionally incapable of navigating.

it’s clearly intentional, as a result of being held up. Most places I’ve been to if the escape roads are open permit such use. If your doing cone duck and weave not so much.

I don't know anyplace that would condone going off track to pass... its dangerous and stupid

I also don't know why a wave by wouldn't have been the thing to do...
