Umm... generally you don't want to hit the curbs, however on the correct corners it gives you more room, increases your corner speed and lap time.

Watch the GT races and NASCAR GT cources.

Smoother is faster.

the guy at T-hill was a jerk, and was justifiably fired after his boss saw that clip.

I didn't realize he got fired, but I'm glad to hear it. He offered no constructive criticism and was a complete dick-wad to that guy.
