Well i dont need your bullshit comments i do have more stuff done besides looks over 2 grand so far and your just probably jealous i think black by itself is ok but this brighten it up if this wasnt a black car i wouldnt do this either but thanks for your honest answers and your opinion bullshit comments could of just said something else grow up people
So basically you spent 2 grand to make it look like garbage and make it slower.
Might try making up your mind, because all the modifications I see are a step in the wrong direction if you want to make the car better prepped for the track.
What is your race history? To get sponsors you need good results on your record, you need to know the right people and you need to have good exposure at local and regional events. None of which it sounds like you have at the moment.
You need to learn more about your own car as well if you're going to get into tracking the car.

lol. Never. Ever ever ever. Here's some advice from one RX8 newb to another. Listen to the people here. 95% of them know what they're talking about, the other 5 are picking their brains. Be respectful, don't make stupid threads (or comments) that have already been made 100 times before you, and above all else USE THE SEARCH FEATURE. Oh, and stop posting multiple times. the more i read this thread, the more i think i need a sponsor myself
I just spent another couple hundred on parts, and i think i have spent enough that i could of use it to buy me another rx8.
and now the only sponsor is "myself", this world is so not fuxking fair, i need a sposnor, like right now!

Awesome. Was that just a good deal on 2 Moton shocks? Which two corners did you install them on? Or was that a dealer price for a SSV cleaning? That's about normal. Maybe a new steering rack? That's about right as well. Can't even be a set of RPF1s with Star Specs. You would be a tire or two short.
Or was that $2k in Autozone chrome? They must like you there.
Hell, I've spent almost that in 2 weeks on GAS. Just gas.

A sponsor wants to get value for the money they put forth. Are you going to be "racing" in a spectator attended series? Will there be TV and press coverage? What about you? Do you have a winning background?
All of these go to how much or even if you get sponsorship. Sponsor money is tight in the best of times. These ain't it.

Best way to get a sponsor is represent what you would do for them. It's just like if you were looking for a female. You pick the one that will do the most for you.

K&N typhoon intake with electric supercharger
ACT flywheel and stage II clutch
Megan racing\d2 coilovers with cut springs to be moar lower
BBK on stock pads
Ebay exhaust and midpipe
Replica wheels with road tyres.
Ebay bodykit with ebay wing for extra downforce.
Sounds legit... i'd sponsor that. Forza motorsport, gran turismo and fast and furious ruined the car world.
