That blue 240 had the ls1 swap done. I could stay with that vette and the 240 but traffic got in the way and then they were GONE. I could catch him in the braking zones big time and some in the tighter turns. They would pull me some in the long straights.
Everyone gains on me approaching turn 12 (down the big hill)--i highly respect that turn

Great driving, OD. Using up all six gears! I don't recall if you have different final gears, but you are definitely moving. Serious short-shifting in T11 cresting the hill. Guess you are going fast enough by T12 that a little more pull down the hill doesn't help.

Yep i am running the 09 trans in my 04 model. at 65 mph I am only at 3.1K! hehe.
I shift at 7.5K--leaving some on the table so to speak.
Turn 12 speed is usually between 105-109. It is NOT a turn to play with and you want the chassis settled and stable there. So, no high rpm 4th gear there for me. It gets too busy. Maybe one day.
Front straight speeds --honest 125mph and I enter turn one at 90-95 in 4th or 5th gear depending. Trying to grow ***** to enter at 100!

Top gear--- wish you could! We have a big event at RA again in Dec with NASA?
