Hi. I have a 2006 R8 that in Puerto Rico they sold as a Limited Edition model. It has traction control, sweded seats with leather trimming and seat heaters. I want to know ecxactly what differences, if any, will this model have vs. basic. I know some of them have a different rear end and a harder suspension.

I'm starting to prepare the car for solo/autocross events.

General rule of thumb

18" wheels == sports suspension

 

Front brakes are 12.7" diamitter

 

OK, I have the 18"s but what else apart from the rim size and brakes is different? Is the rear end any different? Lower? Harder suspension? Thanks a lot.

 

might want to check on an Audi board.

 

Audi didn't make R8 in 2006. If you own a Mazda RX8? The sport suspension sway bars have a yellow paint mark on them.(red for normal)
