and when you mentioned the fuel pickup is the size of a dime are you talking about the one inside the pump aka the sock, or the actual point in the rear of the tank that is picked up by venturi effect?

also look for a pm on a different issue you are having.

They rock.
There are MANY changes to the 09 unit.
First the can is car specific --the older one wasnt. it is much better designed.
The pump is now a denso and appears MUCH better built
The sock is much different, not as restricted ,more security attached
The filter outlet (fuel to the car) is now at the bottom of the filter--not the top--know why thats important?
The venturi is also at the bottom as is the fpr.
course fuel filter and sock is now replaceable.
Will install tomorrow
Remember we are looking for good functionality ABOVE 1/4 tank.
Swoope pm me or call? You want this pump.

Yeah Denny has some things to learn at his age...haha!

I was give Adam a call tomorrow, I'll ask him if I can pm you his number. He has been pretty busy lately so, it would probably be easier for me to send it to you.

Aren't the custom flashes designed to run the car more lean for racers who run catless for more hp (and mpg)? So that would compound the problem.
