Car Corral -- 2006 USGP Formula 1 race @ Indy
I just picked up my tickets today for the July 2 race at Indy, but after the ticket office closed, I saw some posts from years past about the Car Corral parking in the infield for registered car clubs.
Did anyone sign up to take their rx8 to the car corral for this year's race? Wondering if it is too late.........

Well they still let me sign up, but said no RX8's in the car corral???!!! Surprised there are no Formula 1 fans here!

oh yeah there are...I just couldn't make the drive from florida this year..hopefully they'll be back next year, I did that corral deal in my miata 3 years ago. great fun. did you get the police escort to the track?

I didn't take the police escort, mainly because I was driving into town and didn't know where the zoo meeting point was! I just drove right to the track.
It was a GREAT time and I hope it returns to Indy next year!
