Anyone here running distilled water and a water wetter?

I'm seeing 230-240 temps on the track. It sucks, because I have to get off the track sooner than I want. Yes, I have a beefed up system...Griffin radiator, Davies Craig electric water pump, foam around the radiator.

But, it was 95 F the other day and 141 F on the track and I know it's hard to fight those kind of temps. A few weeks ago it wasn't as hot outside, and I was seeing 210-220. I am running full FL-22 Mazda coolant, but I'm thinking of swapping out the coolant for distilled water and a water wetter (either Motul's MoCool or Royal Purple's Purple Ice.)

Just wondering for those that have done this what kind of water temp decrease have you seen? Also, I'm running the a 13psi radiator cap now, but should I switch to a 16psi cap once I swap to water to help prevent boiling it out?
I also plan to install a Petitt Racing secondary tank to help remove any air bubbles from the system.

Thanks for any input!

Yes, straight water and a bottle of WW will help.

But not much.... and not likely to solve the problem 😑

But at least when you spill it on the track it doesn't make a slippery mess
