If he tuned for it, it doesn't matter how old it is, it won't transfer. You need a non-tuned one for the tunning to be transferable. (I believe this is how it works.)

 

WRONG AP can be used on any car. Owner needs to flash his car back to stock.

 

Razz, that wasn't the question. They're referring to the Tuning SERVICE that Jeff offers on the AP's.
If the AP has been out on the market for a certain time, Jeff no longer allows the Calibration service to transfer over to the new owner, they need to purchase the service from him.
