WTB: Lowering springs or such

Im just looking for some lowering springs that will drop my car more than stock, I am not liking the 4x4 look. I already have rolled the fenders in prep. Or possibly a set of coil overs for cheap. I am trying to stay less than 500-700 for coils though.

I live in the Virginia, Hampton Roads area. I am willing to drive a good distance as well, or pay shipping. I have Paypal/Cash/ and Card.
