I am interested in buying a totally blown, worthless Renesis to take apart and study. I don't have a lot of mechanical experience and would like to better understand rotaries and how they work. Not looking to spend much money, as I said, I do not expect to ever get the engine functional is simply for learning. NC would be best but surrounding states would work too. Thanks.

You may want to look into finding an rx7 motor too just to broaden your possibilities.

 

I have one....The eccentric, front rotor, front plate and housing are good....the rear is messed up but I can close it up for your if you just want to learn...

How much are you looking to pay for it?
