Just about any turbo re-builder can rebuild the T618Z..
What you want to know is if that builder has the equipment to properly high speed balance the turbo assembly or if they just replace parts and slap it back together. Turbo balancing machines are very expensive, a lot of rebuilders do not properly balance them and if they do, they send it out to someplace else to do it.
AMR does everything in house and they are my recommendation based on my experience.
Of course you could always buy a newly balanced CHRA and do it yourself.

Remember... re-read your thread noob!
I don't guess you've talked to Bryan @ BNR yet. He rebuilt my greddy about a year ago. Takes him 4-8 weeks to turn one around.
And yes, mine was fried. He just needs the core.
How long did the Turblown last? How'd did it die? Were you a "good" owner or a "bad" owner? lol

I think he is saying his stock one got turblown... ie, he cooked it.
I think weve given you more than enough information to get the ball rolling on this rebuild.
bottom line you need to contact AMR or BNR.
