Need to trade my Mazdaspeed air intake with a stock intake

I moved to California recently and my Mazdaspeed air intake does not have a C.A.R.B sticker on it. So, it won't pass smog in California. I need to trade my Mazdaspeed air intake for a 2004 Rx8 stock intake and the box that comes along with the stock intake. I can give you the mazdaspeed intake for 50$.

Some update guys. I was selling this car and already had a buyer lined up for it. He doesn't want me to put the stock CAI back on the car . He is ok with the C.A.R.B K&N CAI and, luckily for me, is ready to pay for it. .
So, I am just planning to sell the Mazdaspeed CAI for 150$. It has 20k miles on it.
Anyone still interested?
I am in the Bay Area. If anyone lives close by, they can stop by to take a look.
