According to the previous owner it is, he also installed a full JIC suspension (adjustable coilovers, strut tower bars, and matching sway bars) on it. When I take it off I'll examine it better to confirm.

Jic doesn't make sway bars btw. At least not that I have seen.

I'm here to make sure no one tells mistruths regarding what they are selling. I have the full Ti jic exhaust and your tips don't look like mine. The angle is bad so I'm asking you.
