it's just need to clean by this http://store.knfilters.com/clningacc.htm that's all and it's a replacement intake filter
i might buy it back from you, but not this week, have to get the shocks done

P.S. K&N panel filter will give you more power than any other aftermarket intake minus the RB. That's a fact!
