Daymn if you were in texas and got rear ended like that its the persons fault.

So lets say these arrows are car >>>>>> the pointy part is the front, lets say there is in accident like this, the person farthest in the back will get so F*ucked over he can get sued for injuries and also he is at fault for everyone...

I was in the act of backing up which is all MA Insurance companies look for. It's also a he said she said claim with no witnesses. So I say they hit me, they say I backed into them, no witnesses except the ones in his car which are biased, so insurance blames me because I was in the act of backing up.

Wow, we had a verbal agreement that I would pay out of pocket to fix all damage. Yesterday, I spoke to the guy and he was ok with this and wanted to go to my auto body to get an estimate, but I didn't have time to. Now, he is still trying to get money from me AND he filed a claim with insurance. The damn brazillian is just trying to get money from me now. WTF!! If he goes through insurance, I am going to make sure it is a long dragged out process. Even if I don't win, I will make sure I give him hell. Maybe I will cut him a check for the damage and then when I bring the claim to court, show I already paid for the damges.
