Actually it doesn't depend if you have an MM tune or not. It depends on how desperate both parties are.
Each MM tune is custom to the vehicle.
Also it has been proven time and time again that the tune from cobb blows. therefore your best option would be to go through MM, which is $300.
You can get away with selling for $400 and that's what I would do. But expect for most offers to sit around $350 to $300.

Why would someone that wants a MM tune buy your cobb ap for $300-$350? The MM tune is $299. So even if you sell it for $300 and get the MM tune that $599. When they can buy a brand new ap with a MM tune for $594
Invasion has reasonable logic except there are a limited number of APs left (how many? I have no clue) and some people have no intention of using MM's service. I hope those people plan on having a legit person tune the car and not some no name/piston guy/stock cobb tune. Just put obo after your price and see what happens. I know I wouldn't sell my Cobb for a penny less than $12k.
