um, any idea what gauges you want? what brand? what style? color? electric/mechanical? what pod or mounting solutions you're interested in?

when you blow up your engine I call dibs on whatever gauge pod you end up buying.

I'm not saying turbos blow up engines, i'm saying a guy going turbo with no idea what gauges he needs is going to blow up his engine.

Gauges do not prevent you from blowing your motor. Nor do they make anything you do any safer in any way. They are only a tool for you to use and perhaps in some cases an "early warning detector". If you do not have a good understanding of what those gauges are really telling you, then they are nothing more than eye candy.

Anyone with any sense will have AFR and Boost gauges at a minimum. Others to consider are:
Oil Temp
Oil Pressure
Water Temp
EGT(pyrometer)
Fuel Pressure
Intake temp

It all depends on what exactly you are doing, what your setup is, and what you plan to do with it.

There are other options to having gauges all over the place, but they are not always cheap. There are a few mentioned in places on the forum.
