At this point I won't sell just the rear sway.

The difference in the H and S-techs is the spring rate and drop. The H-techs are less aggressive. I went with them because I wanted a nice drop without ending up with a car that was always scraping and didn't have a harsh ride. I was very happy with them.

S-Tech Spring Rate:
F: 207lb/in / R: 145lb/in
Drop:
F: -1.40" /R: -.70"

H-Tech Spring Rate:
F: 179lb/in / R: 129lb/in
Drop:
F: -1.00" /R: -.30"

Yes, the sways come with polyurethane bushings and the brackets. Everything you'd get if you bought them new.
