For sale is a set of TPMS wheel sensors. I never had the sensors installed on any of my wheels and can't verify that they are in working order. As far as I know they were removed along with the OEM wheels when the previous owner upgraded to different wheels. His car was fairly new at the time as I understand it.

Asking $50.00 each for the sensors with a S&H cost of $6.00 each. Will sell the complete set for $180.00 plus $12.00 S&H.

Sorry for the hijack, but what happened with your 8?
I saw in another thread where you know longer have it.
Hate to see you go(if you are??????) because you were one of the first two people on this forum to help me out a couple of years ago when I was a newblet.

 

I sold it in 3 days on Autotrader.com recently. That was amazing. With 3 vehicles, I hardly drove the car so it was time to go. Only put 7K miles on it in the past 2 years. I had tentatively decided to replace my FC track car with the RX-8, but just couldn't justify the expense of all the mods I would like to do to the RX-8 for HPDE. My FC is set up for HPDE and I am very comfortable driving it, so it will stay and I plan to do some upgrades to some old existing suspension mods.

Believe it or not, I decided to sell one of the RXs, but just couldn't part with the FC. I picked it up in '05 with 65K miles on it, with many good mods and not a speck of rust. Original paint with a few botched touchup jobs, but still in fantastic shape. So go figure. Guess I like the relative simplicity of the FC over the RX-8. And besides, the FC is the vehicle I use to do validation testing on my compression testers. I can't imagine doing that on the RX-8.

Anyway, I'll still hang around here for the time being. Kept my workshop manual and never know when I'll pop up. And who knows, I may pick up another RX-8 when I tire of the FC.

Sorry, these sensors go for about $100 each so IMO, $180 for the set is a good price. These units were only a few months old when removed from the OEM wheels so I have no doubt they are good. I'll hold out for my asking price or if they don't sell here, I'll raise the price slightly and go to an auction site.
