I am interested in your wheels.
I have a few questions about them.
How old are the wheels?
Do the TPMS sensors work?
Would you be willing to ship them to me (Canada)
Do you know the weight of a tire and wheel?
Thanks Bob

Those wheels won't fit on a Canadian Rx-8. (our GS/GT have large brakes that need at least 17 inch rims)

I know they only fit on the auto trans US model. The stick has bigger discs as does the sport model. Not sure what the Canadian model has. You can measure your rotors and I could check the size of mine to see if its the same.
TPMS work and the wheels are 2 years young with only sunny southern California weather. Never seen snow or salt. They look as good as the day I bougth the car.

Actually I am looking at using them on a US 2007 MX-5 Touring which has the 17" wheels with run flat Bridgestone tires with TPMS sensors. These tires are not easily available here and they cost 600.00 each if you can find them. The MX-5 is also available with 16" wheels so they should fit the disk brakes etc. I like the look of the Rx-8 wheels better than the MX-5 16" version. The original tires and wheels are about 38 lbs, and the MX-5 is quite sensitive to wheels which are much heavier. Every thing else is close as the MX-5 is based on the RX-8 platform.

I am interested in everything. I would use the existing 17" wheels for winter tires
I have checked on a rough cost for shipping to St Albert Alberta Canada from LA and it should be about 160.00, but you may be able to get a better price from your end. That would make the price about 600.00 with shipping and I would cover the customs costs at this end. E mail me at bobdonald@shaw.ca if you are interested and we can discuss payment options. Bob
