It's so dusty around here I need to change the filters every few months and so use the cheapo type but these really are better, especially if something happens to generate odors..

Don't be put off by my apparent newbie status. I'm really the old TimH since 2004 but for some reason that account has lost write privileges to the forums and even PMs. Since the moderators don't respond to my messages about that problem I suspect they're not getting through, either, so I opened a new account. This one seems to work fine.
