I have a fuel pump for sale from a 2005 RX-8. The pump has 30,000 miles on it. I was removing the retaining ring to check the fuel filter sock when I damaged the top of the pump. As you can see from pictures, part of the "L" spout on top has broken off. I do not know if this is repairable or not. The pump itself, however, works without any issues. If you could replace the top portion of the housing or fix the spout, the pump would work just fine. I have chosen to replace the entire unit and just see if anyone else wants this one for parts.

Also, you can see the sock is in good shape - not too dirty. For reference, I premix about 4 oz of MMO for each 10-12 gallons of gas (use shell V-Power exclusively).

Again, the housing on this pump is damaged but the pump itself works fine. A new top plastic piece or a repair to the "L" spout on top is required for the pump to function without issue.
