Call up KSTECH for the MAF tube.... they'll build you anything you want pretty much.

As for the downpipe, get a few 45*,60*, and 90* flared mandrel bends and start weaving them together one piece at a time. It's pretty easy to build, IMO. Took an hour or so to mock up and weld.
