interested in the j L 8w7 sub. honestly how does it sound?? I dont want n e thing that over the top and this seemed nice. i want a sub with punch but thats clear. is there n e thing wrong with it, i.e. cracks, blown ect? why are you selling?

The W7 sounds great. There are no cracks or imperfections in foam piece or poly cone and is in perfect condition (both in appearance and sound quality). The great thing about W7s is their ability to pick up the light base tones due to their over sized voice coil and foam lip. As far as how loud it is...You can make them as loud, or as soft as you'd like. It all depends on what type of amp and how much you crank up the gains. It's rated for a min of 250 watts to reach it's minimal potential. I actually bought two of these to install in my wife's car, but have decided to only retain one. I should say she decided.

Hey im interested in the box do u have any pics with it installed in the car? Or maybe kno how deep it is so i can get an idea of how much trunk space its going to take up?

Picture Of Box Installed
Here is a picture of the box installed. I had two 10W7s installed in the trunk of my 8. It sits flush in your trunk which allows max room for other things no just your stereo.

Bump nice stuff....
The Jl is amazing sounding and the box is great for any kind of speaker...
I put my amp out of the way between the seats and it keeps it cooler in teh summer with the AC on...

Box with polly fill removed
Just wanted to show you that the white stuff in the box was the remaining polyester filler that I removed. If you'd like, I can send it to you in the package.
