Cobb Accessport that is still married to the prior owner's car. I used it to monitor AFR and LTFT, log data and read codes. Because it is married to the PO's car, you can't tune your car or reset codes.

So you can only use it to data log and monitor?

 

Yes. I think a datalogger for $80 is worth it - that is how I used it and learned a lot. For example, would you guess the engine was getting too hot on a 5 degree day? I was in rush hour traffic at 10 mph. My gauge stupidly didn't say anything, but the cobb showed the water temp going up to 208 degrees, then the fan would come on, cool it off. Then the water would go back up to 2008. I decided to buy the Mazsport mod to turn the fan on earlier which stopped that. (Later I got the RB software, which did same thru the ECU.)

I have diagnosed CELs without going to Autozone or whereever; including seeing a Cat Inefficiency code before it threw a CEL.
