That is simply amazing I feel bad it said he had to sell it to begin working on the next one. Maybe he should contact Jay Leno I bet that is a car Jay would love to have, it is definitely a one of a kind.

Why would ferrari hire a guy that makes miniature versions of a car?
Yes, what he did was amazing, but, ferrari has engineers that made this car fullsize, from scratch, without a model to start w/.
This guy simply took a car that he liked, and made a smaller copy.
Most companies aren't interested in designers that can copy existing products.
And yes, I do feel sad for him.
If he spent all that time working a second job, he could have saved all the money from his second income and bought a real Ferrari.

well a fully functioning model at a much smaller scale requires much lower tolerances in terms of construction if he wants to to hold up. So if he were to make that model in full scale, he'd have ended up with a better ferrari than the original
but am i the only one who thinks this man had the potential to do something much greater but he chose to make a miniture ferrari instead? i swear he could have probably invented time travel

True, but Ferrari also had several engineers each with their own specialty(i.e. supsension, transmission, aero) working on the original. The fact that he reversed engineered it all by himself is astounding. I think a guy with that much determination, talent, and attention to detail should be hired by GM. They sorely need it.
I'm curious what this guy does for a living.

Wow. That is what happens when an engineer has a lot of time on his hands and an (unhealthy?) desire to build something.
My grandfather was the same way. He build models of steam locomotives - designed and machined all the parts himself from scratch and they all actually work. Crazy stuff.

A working bugatti would be hard to engineer, but installing a remote (removable to preserve the inerior and details and true to lifeness) it would be interesting to record its top speed.
Actually, someone should make that man a small robot. a little black box with 3 pegs that align with the pedals, a pulley and lever system to work the gearbox, and a rotating pin to turn the steering wheel, combined with a wireless reciever, and they should see how well it performs (NEED A TON OF SPACE AS TO NOT CRASH)
