was wiring them into the fogs pretty easy to do?
I used those clip on splices and hung them up out of the way so they wouldn't rattle. Did the fog light rewire at the same time for better light control

Design note: These LED stips have a somewhat directional horizontal beam. Roughly on center it's amazingly bright. The last thing to do is aim the lights for best effect. The plastic light tube is tight, but not fixed in the mount...so the tube can easily twist for adjusting from in front of the car.

How is the light output of the led strip compared to oem fogs?

I'm sure the fogs put out more lumens by a bunch. I mean you could tell (sorta) when you turned your fogs on at night, yes?

These LEDs have high brightness in their output angle, but they are not high power LEDs - so while they appear bright looking at them, there are not so many lumens output in total.

I want to do something with the fogs that will add to the total light output on the road. Your LEDs look nice and I want to incorporate an LED strip in there but I also want them to be a bit more functional. Currently leaning towards projector fogs with HID installed, but I dunno.
