wtf is a goped?..hmmm okay..take this for example...you know those aluminum "razor" scooters those little kids scoot around town with?? well gopeds are a little bit bigger but with small displacement 2 stroke motors...in stock form they can hit 30 mph..but if heavily moded, they can cruise up to 45- 50 mph..
