Titanium Gray in suburban Pacific Northwest

Just to keep the balance between the Northern and Southern hemispheres, here is a picture of my Titanium Gray Touring model. Can't let the Kiwis think they have something over us Yanks.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of cows.:D

Three weeks, 1700 miles and two car washes and I am loving this car.

Very nice shot. I love the reflections.

Whichever angle yoou look at this car from, the line and shapes are always intriguing. What a piece of design.

Thanks guys.

Pookina, your post was the inspiration for me to get off my butt and snap some photos. Us Grays have to stand together!

The picture doesn't really capture the subtle shades of the sky's reflection on the car. I think the Gray finish almost seems to absorb and glow the colors of its surroundings rather than a mirror-like reflection of say the Black finish. They must use a sufficiently advanced technology for the paint because it is just magic.

Damn, what a great combination of form and function.

Regardless of the beauty of the surroundings, I still find my favorite view of the RX-8 is the view from the driver's seat looking out. :D

Yup got to stick together. Here are a few of my gray sitting in the garage and I like the reflections, just not the junk reflected in the garage.

Not so shiny but here's another shade of gray for the myriad ranges this color can come out depending on the lighting. I like the way the color looks in low light:

I can't believe that you've only washed it twice. I think that I'm good for twice a week. Obsessive?

Well, I've had mine for 5 weeks (2700 miles) and I washed it 2 days after I got it, again the next week and then the wash and polish this weekend. I tend to spend my free time in the car with my foot on the gas, but talk about different shades of gray.
