i don't care if some of this guys have the hate on this tatoo, co'z they don't have the ***** to do it. that means they are not TRUE rotary fan, plus i'm pretty sure some of this guys never had a rotary car b-4 the rx-8 came out. so they don't know how to appreciate something.

lol - ok - check this out - most of you see the tattoo, and think car obsession.... i see the tattoo and i see all the events that took place around the time that i had the car, not so much the car itself. i think some of you don't understand the meaning of a tattoo - it's not to "permanently show my interests on my arm" - it's to remember the certain events in your life that you want to remember - the car just happens to be the item that i chose to remember things by, because a lot of good memories happened around that car - it was a good stage in my life, and it would suck to throw it away. so you can take your pictures, and remember things that way, and then get pissed when they're missing, or you can get something memorable somewhere on you that makes you smile everytime you look at it. i felt like it would be nice to have something to look back at the good times with (especially 40 years from now lol) - i'm sorry if you guys like to forget about good moments in your life, but i guess thats what makes me different, right? so you don't have to go out and get a tat to "fit in" or "show your interests" - that's not what i got mine for - i got it for the memories, something that i'd never want to lose
and all you people that know what a tattoo is all about, thanx for the compliments, and honesty

i dont think anyone is really picking on you and your choice of subject matter. the quality of the tattoo itself is not the best and that's what people are commenting on. but, all in all ... you got what you paid for. and if you are happy with it that's really all that matters.

I love my car, but not to the point where I'd even consider getting a tattoo of it. I think people are way to quick to get tattoos of posessions and love ones now days, and don't think about how that will effect them in the long run.

I lived in San Diego for 2 years. It was a great time in my life. Friends, girls, beer. For some reason I wasn't inclined to get a vagina tatooed on my arm to remember the good times I had.

i guess some people will just never understand - lol - it seems thats what seperates the good, open minded people, from the closed minded ****'s that are set to their ******* ways. Like i said, hate on it all you want... it's on my arm, not yours.... and it means a lot to me - so i really don't care if you'd never get a tattoo yourself, or don't like the way mine looks - i never posted this forum saying "everybody critizise my life choices" - i posted it so you could view the tattoo. if you don't like the tattoo, or wouldn't get one yourself, then don't. i had my reasons for getting mine, and i'm sure a lot of people can understand that. If you're having difficulty understanding how deep the meaning of a tattoo can go, then you're just straight up closed minded and ignorant, in my opinion. this is my first and only tattoo, and i gave it lots of thought before i got it done... i didn't just decide to jump in the seat one day and have someone permantly scratch something on my arm that means nothing, like i know a lot of people do. and i would have to agree with dova - you guys do act a lot more imature than i thought you were. i could almost swear most of you are under 18 wishing you had the damn car lol - i was actually thinking, since you all drive rotory's, you'd be used to something different, and unique from what everyone else has. but apparently, most of you are really the same - stuck in your shell of what you think is right and wrong, and thinking that your way is the only way - no one elses opinions matters, and everyone elses choice to do something thats different from your own is the wrong move - well, i'm gonna have to say screw all you haters, open your minds a little bit, and if your so worried about how you'd never do what i did, then get out of this forum, stick to your closed minded ways, and let the rest of us lead our lifes the way we want to. I hope you all can grow up a little bit, and realize that there's more to life then just going to work, and driving your 8.
And once again, to all of you that are understanding, thanx for your honest comments - i really appreciate it

duble08 i think the matter for others to comment is from their opinion. don't worry. you can't expect everyone to like it. i personally don't like it. am i closed minded cause i don't like it? no its just peoples taste and preference on things. we can't all like the same things. so just deal the fact that people will hate and love tatoos in general and what you got. so i think you should be open minded and understand that people will flame you for it and flatter you for it. cause as long as you like it, thats all it matters since its yours.

I'm glad you like it and more power to ya. I've known lots of people that got rotor/rotary tattoos and they always look cool. I just think to myself "in 20 years will I still love rotaries?" every time I think about it. Hard to say and I'm really not sure. That's why I haven't done it, and don't think I ever will.
But as long as you're happy that's all that matters.

i never started out by attacking anyone - and i'm still not - i'm just throwing back what i'm recieving... i just posted a pic, of something i happen to like. and i'm just stating that i don't care if no one else likes it, because this is what i chose to do. i'm not calling people like you immature... i'm refering back to some of the comments i've recieved, which we all know were pretty immature. if everyone has the right to say that i shouldn't have gotten a tattoo because they never will, then i have the right to say that they're closed minded for not understanding what a tattoo is. it's only fair. normally i wouldn't give a rats ***... in fact, honestly, i don't - but just like anyone else would defend their opinion on something that they love, and have their own understanding for, i will do the same - not to be hypocrit - not to be an *** - but to create understanding. it just simply seems, that some don't want to understand, and this forum is the wrong place for those kind of people. i don't go browsing threw everyones forums of their new body kits, and start saying "you should of had a pro do it" or "i wouldn't of done that if i were you" or "my crosseyed grandparents could've painted/placed that new bumper on much better that" - why? because you can do what you want - i don't care what you do... it's YOU - YOU can be YOURSELF
oh, and btw, i wouldn't get a tat of a vagina on me either lol - or pie, or a computer - neither of those share the importance that this tattoo gives me - thanx for the suggestions though lol - j/k

Vagina is important to me, but wouldn't get a tattoo of it, thats all Im saying. Listen dude, you can't expect to put anything on this forum and not get some flack about it. Especially somthing as permanent as a tatoo. Just by posting a picture like that you were asking for it. Like somone said eariler you can't expect everyone to like it. Guess what, this being the great free country that it is people can say what ever they want about it. You have to had expected you were going to take some **** putting that on there. I am PERSONLLY saying I think its a stupid *** tattoo. Hey if you like it cool, your the one who has to live with it. I just think that by you trying to defend your self so much that your starting to doubt that you should have gotten it. Just by defending so much you are showing that you DO in fact care what others think, otherwise you would just sit home and laugh at all the BS going on here. God Bless America and FREE SPEECH! BIATCHES!
