I think you've compromised the flow of the car.
The tailights are great looking right out of the factory. The back of the car has no "wow" to it now. You've blacked out the cool structure of the inside of the lights. There's supposed to be some glare, some shine, some flash when looking at the back of the car. You get that with the stock tails reflectivity. Now that you've blacked them out they just look like... kinda dull I guess.
Also the carbon gas door just looks cheap. Your eyes are supposed to wander all over the car with flow. Like a naked woman, you wouldn't want to find a big pimple on her stomach. It's distracting.
This is all just my opinion and every mans car should be an extension of his personality so more power to ya for changing it to your liking.

Money invested doesn't always equal good looks (to everyone).
I've seen too many people drop tons of money and come out with a cheesy end product.
If you can't accept the freedom of other peoples opinions then the internet is the last place you should be.
Plus I wasn't really bashing him. In the end I said it only matters what it looks like to him because it's his car. But it's not exactly where I would have put my money.
