Should I trade in the 8 for a Altima SER?

First you said you were pretty sure you could tune the hell out of the Altima including turbo then you said maybe the Altima would allow you to drive easier and not speed?? If you like the Altima better go get it. If you like the 8 better don't.

Let's compare apples to apples, not apples to oranges. Some choose an Altima and others choose the RX8. Two TOTALLY different vehicles. Pick the car that fits your personality and what you are looking for in the car. FYI...I quoted my insurance for an Altima SE before I bought the RX8 (thinking the insurance would be too high), and the insurance was higher for the Altima. I also own a 2001 Altima, 2002 Town & Country & 2004 RX8. You know which has the highest insurance premium? The Altima, which is he oldest and cheapest car. Altima's have bad insurance ratings and I'm sure the SER won't help. Check into the insurance before you get zapped with a huge increase. My $.02
